User does receive email with attachments from one user

Hi Team

I have a user (user A) who is unable to receive an email with attachment from another user (user B). Both are local users. Attachments like .docx/.pptx

User B can see the email in his sent items. User A does not receive the email. Attachment type is fine, size is ok.

User B forwards an email with attachment to user A and and user A receives it, but when User B composes an email with attachment user A does not receive the mail. I have checked mailgateway and there is nothing blocked. Help.

Please check this issue in OWA.

Check if there are any transport rules or inbox rules related to this issue.

And please use the following command to track this message.

Get-MessageTrackingLog -Sender UserB@domain.com Recipients UserA@domain.com MessageSubject Subject line | fl
