I have a user (user A) who is unable to receive an email with attachment from another user (user B). Both are local users. Attachments like .docx/.pptx
User B can see the email in his sent items. User A does not receive the email. Attachment type is fine, size is ok.
User B forwards an email with attachment to user A and and user A receives it, but when User B composes an email with attachment user A does not receive the mail. I have checked mailgateway and there is nothing blocked. Help.
