User decryption e-mail with new certificate
I have a user that has Exchange mail and receive as well as send encrypted mail. Because the user's name was changed, he received a new card with a certificate, and the base of (post) was attached to a new alias with a new username. However, after this change can not be read (decrypted) old encrypted messages the old certificate.
How can I get around this problem, or what should be changed in the configuration to be able to see (decrypt) old news.

If the user doesn't have the corresponding private key, he won't be able to see the encrypted email.

I'm not sure if this matters with the name, what error message does the user get now?

Hi,

Based on my knowledge, it is hard to decrypt the emails. Anyway, Is the post from Calin Liviu helpful?
