User cannot drag email out of outlook and save to desktop

User gets the following error;

Error Copying File or Folder

"The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file."

To note; outlook 2013 64, windows 7 pro 64 sp1, running a windows server 2012 with redirected folders.

offline files is configured.

No entry seemingly in event viewer?

* to note they can open the email then save as to desktop without issue (via file menu)

they can also drag and drop some emails, seems random.

attachments save without any issue.

Hi,

We can try pressing Esc key for several times and then test drag and drop again. This method has been verified by many users who have a similar issue.
