User cannot connect phone to account
I have a single user account that cannot connect devices.  I can connect to other accounts from the device with exact settings, but not this users account.  I know this is basic, but I am stumped.  How can I troubleshoot this?

Check the user's password. Check the logs publications (TMG?)

Check adminCount for this user in AD. If adminCount is 1, the Exchange server will not be able to set msExchangeActiveSyncDevices for the user.
