User can't print
If I log into a user's PC as administrator then connect to a Terminal Server, my locally attached USB printer maps correctly under TS and all is fine. If I log in as a normal user, the local printer doesn't map and is invisible to TS. I've checked all local policies, terminal Services Manager etc. I can't see what I'm doing wrong. Any advice?

USB attached printers are notorious for causing issues on a TS. When you connect to the TS what permissions does your profile have? Domain admin? That's most likely why the printer works for you and not the standard user. Did you install the correct driver for the printer on the server?

The correct driver is installed on the server... I checked this by reviewing File -> Server Properties in the Printers and Faxes window. The fact that it maps correctly for me (Administrator) also means that it's installed correctly. The TS is a 2003 server. The user is a member of Domain Users (in their profile) and Remote Access Users (in "Users and Groups" on the server). I didn't think users would require special access to be able to print to their default printer. Any help is appreciated.

I guess my point was that you are most likely a Domain Admin and the user is a Domain User. When they log on to the server TS attempts to create their local printer. Without the proper permission or driver the printer will not be created. There is added complication when dealing wtih a USB attached printer ( http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=USB+printer+terminal+server+2003) Try playing around with the permissions to see if that fixes the issue.
