User Account Question
What is the recommended/best practice for handling future email messagesdestined toan account that has recently terminated? I don't want to disable to the account and forward the email messages to an active account. So, with this being said, is the recommended way to delete the account and then createthat email alias under another active account? Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

why not just delete the acct andlet the message bounce? or create a HT rule to do something with it.

Sorry, after re-reading this I realize it wasn't very clear. I don't want the message to bounce because I want the new messages to be forwarded to a specific user. In order to do this (without creating a new alias) I would have to keep the account active. What is the best way to forward any future email without keeping the AD user account active?

I see...just set the old smtp address as a secondary for an existing user/public folder (after deleting the user account). otherwise you'll have to keep the account and FW the emails.

That's what I'm doing now...just making sure that is the best (correct, not always the same) way. Thanks for your help!!!
