I have MS Office 2010 installed on my computer running Windows 7 and McAfee Total Protection.  When I open Word or any other program except Excel, the program opens immediately.  When I try to open Excel, the User Account Control window pops up and asks me if I want to allow changes to the Excel program on my hard drive. Just finished a McAfee on-line session.  The same thing hapens even if McAfee is disabled.

I have the same problem Excel, 2007 and only Excel out of all MS office and other programs, initiates "user account control" authorization on opening. 

I have "Run as administrator" checked, and UAC is set to the second setting from the bottom (It doesn't happen if I shut UAC off altogether). I have tried shutting off AV program, also, to no avail.
