Upgrading Microsoft Office 2003 student and teacher edition to Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003
I have Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 on my computer and need to upgrade to Professional edition.  I purchased Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 Upgrade, but it says I have to have 97, 2000, or XP.  Will I not be able to upgrade Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 from Microsoft Student and Teacher Edition 2003?  If so, what do I need to do to make it work?  If not, what is your suggestion?  Thanks!

Hi

Which operation system are you working with?

Refer to the link below on the system requirements for Office 2003:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822129

For Office 2003 support ends 12 months after the next service pack releases or at the end of the product's support lifecycle, whichever comes first.  For more information, please see the service pack policy at http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/#ServicePackSupport.

For detailed information see the link below:

http://support.microsoft.com/lifecycle/default.aspx?LN=en-us&p1=2488&x=14&y=11

So we recommend you upgrade your Office suites to a higher version such as Office 2013.

Thanks for your understanding.
