Upgraded from Microsoft Office 2007 to Microsoft Office Pro 2013... Why is Access giving me problems?? HELP!

I recently upgraded our nonprofit food pantry to office 2013 from office 2007. After downloading these to all the computers, I noticed that everything that was saved from Microsoft word, excel, publisher, power point, etc from 2007 had transferred to the new Office Pro 2013. I tried accessing Microsoft Access 2013 today for our weekly client check in and I received an error message saying "Your Microsoft access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'MSCAL.OCX' Version 7.0. to ensure that your database or project works properly, you must fix this reference." So.... Im just a bit confused. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix this? It is very important that I get this up and running to provide help for those living in poverty in my county.

Thank You in Advance!

Hi,

As far as I know, the calendar control is not shipped in Access 2010/2013 for a number of reasons. If you open a database/form that has mscal.ocx and you will see the following error: Your Microsoft Office Access database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file 'MSCAL.OCX.

To fix this issue, you will need to remove this from your application. Here are some alternatives:

1. Use datepicker. Here is an example on the datepicker- http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/access/HA102835451033.aspx

2. Use other 3rd-party calendar controls that are available on the Web. Here are a couple of community provided calendar controls:
