Upgrade to Exchange 2010 form 2003 on new server, but domain name has a _ in it
Is is possible to install 2010 on a domain that has an _ in it. aaaa_aus.local

NO sorry to say, but that's not possible.
Exchange 2007/2010 thinks that is an invalid character. Only A-Z, a-z and 0-9 is allowd in the domain name.

Hi,
If you want to rename the domain name, we can use Rendom utility which has been installed on Windows 2008. It is already installed as part of "Active Directory Domain Services" role.
Location: %windir%\system32\rendom.exe
