Hi,

There are two choices.

The first, you can uninstall Office 2010 and install Office 2013.

The second, install Office 2013 directly, Office 2010 and Office 2013 will coexist.

If you need to keep Publisher, InfoPath, Access, I suggest you the second option. If you don't need Publisher, InfoPath, Access, you can uninstall Office 2010 then install Office 2013.

Uninstalling Office 2010 won't delete the Outlook profile, once you install Office 2013, it should find the old profile and start directly.

Melon -

Didn't you mean to reply, in your answer above, "If you need to keep Publisher, InfoPath, Access, I suggest you the SECOND option."?  To wit: "The second, install Office 2013 directly, Office 2010 and Office 2013 will coexist."

I made a mistake, it should be "Second", I modified my original reply.

Thank you for noticing this. :)
