You would need to purchase Office2013ProfessionalPlus via a Volume Licensing agreement,
or, subscribe to an Office365 business/enterprise plan of the type which includes Office365ProPlus.

So it's not an update if I need to buy a new one ?

Dell sold me a Pro when I waiting for a pro plus (I need Power Pivot).

As far as I know there is no such update from one version to another, you will need to purchase a new one as suggested by Don.

as suggested by Don, you need to purchase a new full license for Pro Plus or a subscription for Office 365 Pro Plus. however, if you wants to have Power Pivot you can purchase only Excel as standalone product in retail or in VL.
