I cannot delete calendars which have been generated by importing ics files. All I was trying to do was put some sports fixtures into my calendars so I knew when key matches were being played but I now cannot get rid of the calendars. I have seen other similar questions but do not understand what is being suggested.

Why I cannot just right click and delete them I do not know. It would seem the sensible option but I am not able to do so

Please confirm if the unwanted calendars is your default calendar for your default account. The default calendar cant be deleted manually by default.

If the calendar items were imported from ics files to the default calendar, we can filter out all these imported calendar items with any keywords, then delete them manually from this calendar to have a try.

If the unwanted calendar is not the default calendar but it still cant be deleted, please delete it from internet mail server or OWA (for Exchange account) to check whether it can be deleted or not. Then create a new profile for this account to sync data from mail server.
