Unsure of Where to Start with DST Patching
So, client machines running Outlook 2003 or 2007 are struggling with times being1 hour off. I've read soooo much that my brain is fried. I have one Exchange 2003 server, < 50 client machines, mostly running Windows XP SP 3, 1 or 2 running Vista. The problems with calendar appear on clients running either 2003 or 2007 Outlook versions. I'm on a "fully patched" Exchange 2003 Standard server, single server environment. I just need to be pointed in the right direction.If you make it idiot proof, they'll build a better idiot.

1. Install Windows 2003 SP2, if not already installed2. Install Exchange 2003 SP2, if not already installed3. InstallKB 955839 Windows 2003 server DST update to be sure it is installed http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=A8683CEC-6D69-4886-9FA7-E902797161E0&displaylang=en 4. Call Microsoft and ask forKB 960445 Hotfix DST update. Hotfixes are free for Exchange 2003 SP25. Then read KB941018How to address daylight saving time by using the Exchange Calendar Update Toolhttp://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;941018and pick your option to update the appointments.

Hi, First, as Bill mentioned above, you should install the DST updates on server side and client side. Then we have two solutions: 1. Users can run a tool on their client called the Time Zone Data Update Tool For Microsoft Outlook to fix the issue individually. As an Exchange administrator, we can run Exchange Calendar Update Tool for all mailboxes.
