Unreachable Domain
Hi, I have exc2k7 and exc2k3 coexisting together. My exc2k3 currently sends mails outside the domain. When I send mails from a mailbox in exc2k7 to exc2k3 mailbox, all goes well but when I send mails from same exc2k7 mailbox to external domain, all the mails
get queued up in unreachable domainqueue. I am not sure if I need to configure my exc2k3 to relay messages because I use a smart host (Microsoft EHS).
Any one come across this?Isaac2k2

I have just the opposite problem. I recently added an Exchange 2007 server to our Exchange 2000 installation. I can get email to go out to the internet (and receive replies) just fine, but anything I send to a mailbox on the Exchange 2000 side
goes into the domain unreachable queue. From the 2000 side I can send to the 2007 mailbox just fine, but can't reply.
Same problem?

Well i have just fixed mine. I created a new send connector and made the exc2k7 HT server as the source server. So right now I do have two send connectors, one is the new one while the other which was inherited from the existing exc2k3 server has the exc2k3
as the source server.Isaac2k2
