Hi All, I've recently performed a transition to the new Exchange 2010 system. I'm now at a point where i'm comfortable that the new system is working without error, and I am ready to uninstall and decommission the old exchange 2003 system. I've set it up so that all incoming and outgoing mail is coming through the new Exch2010 server. The only thing that I wan't ever able to get to port across was all the old public folders (If anyone has any tips on this also it'd be great!) The main point of my question is, what is the procedure for uninstalling the old Exchange 2003 application? Are there any things I need to do/check first? Many thanks, James.

Hi, Have a look into these article for decommissioning exchange 2003 : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822931, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125110(EXCHG.65).aspx It will not uninstall until all object are removed.
