I am facing the following error while enabling Unified Messaging for new users.
Unified Messaging can't save the PIN for mailbox 'user@domain.com': There was an error accessing the mailbox using EWS. The requested operation failed with ResponseCode "ErrorInternalServerError". Details : An internal server error occurred. The operation failed..
We are running Lync and all our users are voice mail enabled. The problem came after we added new mailbox servers.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
