Unicode Mode

I recently added an email that uses exchange server. At first i could send and receive with no problem. Then it would not send emails out on an intermittent basis. However now it will not send emails from that account and i found that it is running in unicode mode. Plus on the send and receive tab the work offline is stuck and will not toggle to work online. How do i fix this?

Hello,

This can be Windows System issue, Outlook configuration issue or Exchange issue. To troubleshoot the issue efficiently, we need to firstly narrow down the causes:

1. Does this issue occur on another computer.

2. Create a new Mapi Profile on the problematic computer.

If the issue still persists, please check the Outlook logging and post any related error message.
