an unhandled win32 exception occurred in lync.exe

when I installed office 365 then the lync cannot opened . and error occurred like below:

Hello,

There is a known issue in Lync 365 regarding BLuetooth driver. If it is the case, try to backup and remove the Bluetooth Software/Driver through the Control Panel. Disabled the hardware device in the Device Management and reboot to check if Lync would start successfully.

This hasn't worked for me. I am receiving the same error code.

Edit: I found out that updating your computer, restart, and updating it again to make sure all of the MS Office and Skype for Business has been updated, and then rebooting. You might have to do this two or three times.
