When I hit the undo move outlook 2013 button when trying to bring back an email that I just deleted. It brings back my deleted email that was two prior rather than the one I just deleted.

Have you tried using Ctrl + Z instead of the undo delete button? If Ctrl + Z works, please try removing the undo button from Quick Access Bar and then re-add it again to see the result.

If above doesn't work, please try starting Outlook in safe mode and then test it again. To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run command, type outlook /safe and press Enter.

We can also try clearing your Deleted Items and then test the issue again. Right-click your Deleted Items folder and click Empty Folder.
