Undeliverable error 0x8004010F when replying to an internal email
I was told to move my post to this location so...  I  have a user (with a newly recreated Outlook 365 profile - she was having issues with Shared contacts last week and now Shared calendars this week) who simply replied "Thanks" to an email she received from an internal sender.  She received the following undeliverable in return.  There were no attachments in her reply, but she does have a logo in her email signature.  She corresponds with this person frequently.  Please do not tell me to create a new Outlook profile, just did that four days ago to fix the shared contacts issue.

This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later, or contact your network administrator.  Error is [0x8004010f-00000000-00000000].

Hello,

This error 0X8004010F is caused by the corrupted MS Outlook profile. You should try to create a new profile to resolve the issue. Dont forget to perform Scanpst.exe which is a free utility provided by Microsoft as a secondary option. This Tool can resolve minor corruption in Outlook PST File.

What "shared contacts" and "shared calendar" issues does the user have?

Does the NDR error happen with all emails sent to the specific person? Can you reproduce it by sending an email to other recipients?

Just as Clark said, the 0x8004010f error always happens due to profile corruption. See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2659085. We can just keep the old profile and create a new one in Control Panel. If new profile not working, we can just switching back to the original one. The user won't lose any Outlook data.
