Unable to uninstall Exchange Management Tools on Win7

I have Exchange Management Tools (SP3, Update Rollup 2) installed on Windows 7 x64. Recently, I began having a problem where the "receive connectors" page throws an error and will not show any of the connectors. Found a few places where it was suggested
to simply uninstall the management tools and reinstall them.
Unfortunately, when I go to uninstall the management tools using the standard uninstaller, it doesn't work. The management tools are in the list of installed roles, and the box is checked, but when I try to click next it tells me that I need to select an
installed role, and it won't proceed beyond that.
I found another suggestion to run 'MsiExec.exe /X {24B2C164-DE66-44FE-B468-A46D9D5E6B31}' to manually uninstall the management tools. When I try that, it starts to run through the uninstall process, then just dumps me to a dialog box with a yellow triangle
exclamation point, no text, and an OK button. When I click the OK button, the uninstaller closes, but the management tools are still installed.
Would anyone have some suggestions on what I could try next? I'd really rather not have to go to the Exchange server itself every time I need to work with the receive connectors... but certainly that is an option.

To uninstall the role, you will need to uncheck
the box and then click next. The checked boxes represent the installed roles.Tim Harrington | MVP: Exchange | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010, MCITP: Server 2008, MCTS: OCS | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington

			Hi
Can you post the error which you meet on “receive connectors”?
I can’t find any official document of uninstall management tool.
If I meet this problem, I will install tool on other laptop. Then I will reinstall os of the broken computer.

Something so simple... that was exactly it. I didn't read the instructions at the top that said I had to UNselect whatever I wanted to be removed.
Sorry that I never checked back in, but I didn't have my alerts configured properly.
