Unable to unhide users
we are currently using Exchange 2000.when users leave the company, the accounts are disabled, and the users email is set to "hide from Exchange Address List" in the exchange advanced tab.this is now causing problems as when the tick is removed for hide from Exchange Address List, the user can be emailed but we are not able to connect to the mailbox. when setting up outlook, it can not find the users name and has the message -"action could not be completed. the name could not be matched to a name in the address list".I have checked and fixed the SID using NOMAS.Is there anything else that can be done to retrieve the emails from the mailboxThanks

Hi, How long did you wait after unhiding the mailbox till you tried to connect with Outlook? Exmerge is another solution for extracting mailboxes. Leif
