These event IDs may have something to do with email address poilicy. Check this out http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb885057(EXCHG.80).aspx Alternatively you can start with dumping the header with /mh and check if you are getting Dirty shut Down. Options are either a restore from backup or repair. Can you mount the other stores? Can you create a blank DB and mount it (to check if all the permissions are fine)?Raj

have you run the eseutil /MH as Raj suggested? If so what are the results How much free disk space do you have on the drives where the EDB, STM and Logs are located?
