Hello,~ You need to use below url (with the server name where CAS server role is installed) to access OWA, if it doesn't work then you need to check DNS settings, Host & PTR records should be configured properly to resolve the IP address by givingname of your Exchange server.https://ExchangeServerName/owa~ Yes, you need to configure send & receive connector to establish mail flow. Since you have third party email hosting to host user mailboxes, how are you planning your mail flow? Still through third-party hosting? In that case, you may need to look for some POP3 downloader to download just emails from hosted mailbox to Exchange 2007 mailbox.http://www.msexchange.org/software/POP3-Downloaders/~ In case, you want to use your Exchange 2007 server to send/receive email directly from internet (and remvoing third-party hosting) then you can configure it as per below article...Configuring Mail Flow in a Single Exchange Server 2007http://www.msexchange.org/articles_tutorials/exchange-server-2007/migration-deployment/configuring-mail-flow-single-exchange-server-2007.htmlAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Thanks for advice, Now I can typehttps://ExchangeServerName/owa to access email. Our plan is still pass through our third party hosting. Is there any configuration that we don't need any POP3 downloader to receive our mail?

You must set the DNS records to your servers IP. Your ISP or hosting service should be able to do that for you. So a internet domain name is required. Example company.com (MX) mail.company.commail.company.com (A) 87.254.45.21 Also you must make sure that port 25 is forwarded to your exchange server. Make sure you have setup your 'accepted domains' in the server hub transport right. There should be enough tutorials on internet how to setup your exchange correctly.

Dear customer: You send and receive Internet e-mail by relaying through Microsoft Exchange Hosted Services or other external Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) gateway servers. For more information, see the following article: How to Configure Internet Mail Flow Through Exchange Hosted Services or an External SMTP Gateway http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb738161.aspx If anything is unclear, feel free to let me know.
