Unable to see additional owa and ecp configuration from ECP

Hello guys,

I have created additional OWA and ECP virtual directories for FBA usage. IIS is configured with additional web site on which these directories stored ( as virtual folders). Bindings for this site are restricted for NIC which is configured on related servers as secondary ( without default gateway configured and checklist to be published on DNS).

I have configured settings for these OWA and ECP using PowerShell. They work fine without any problem..... Users can login OWA, but....

When I open Exchange Control Panel , go to servers, virtual directories and click on these additional OWA and ECP, I am getting 500 Unexpected Error on the right pane or on the popup if double clicked. That means that I can do changes only using PowerShell.

Any ideas regarding this problem?

Hi,

Microsoft supports creating additional OWA/ECP virtual directories in a new IIS Web Site with a new IP address, and using those only for client access purposes. By default that new virtual directories will be FBA enabled. So I suggest to create a new IIS Web Site to check this issue.
