Hi,
just yesterday some of my users who are Outlook 2013 on Cloud were not able to receive scan documents via our printer scanner.
One look from this seems to say that it is a printer scanner issue, however, there is no problem for users who are on Outlook on Premises. We have five printer scanners, and I tried to scan documents to the users who are on cloud, and the issue seems to be only for outlook users on cloud.
On the Printer scanner log, it shows 2550 which means scan fail to reach client, but there is no issue with our networks.
Anyone has this issue or can advise me where I can start looking to resolve the problem?
