Is there any error are you getting ?please post that as well meanwhile you can give/try a Initial Troubleshooting will be from outlook side..
Try to create a new outlook profile ..or you can run the below outlook switch
Run Outlook with "/cleanfreebusy" Switch. This switch resets the Resource Scheduling and Delegate Settings. Once Outlook has started with this switch, it will clear and
regenerate free/busy information, removing scheduled resources from mailboxes that no longer exist. In short, it will update the free/busy information.
1. From your computer's Desktop screen, navigate to Start and select Run
2. At the Run dialog box type in: Outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy
PLEASE NOTE: you must include the space between Outlook.exe and the /cleanfreebusy switch
3. Press OK

Thnx Amit for your reply.
Infact, I tried it already with Outlook switch. Tried to see free/busy information of user from 3 different users outlook. It says No Free/busy information. Please suggest what can be done from server side.

Hi,
Have you checked the permissions on the calendar folder?
The user "Default" should by default have the permission "Free/Busy time" set.
If you want to check that on the server side, you can use PFDavAdmin
Microsoft Exchange Server Public Folder DAV-based Administration Tool

Hi,
As per my research, you need to check the following:
<1>Run
Test-OutlookWebServices command and post the result.
<2>Install Hotfix mentioned in KB 958934 on CAS server and then check the result if it has installed .NetFramework 2.0 SP2 and .NET Framework
3.5 SP1: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/958934
Hope it helps. If this issue still occurs, please let us know.
