Unable to reset my password
Someone has changed my password and I am unable to reset it because they have also changed the two step verification answers, i.e. cell phone and alternate email address. We are a small business.  We are still receiving emails through our exchange account, but I am unable to make any changes and do not have access to my One Drive.

In my opinion your account might have been hacked. Someone might have got hold of your password and be using your account...

Hi,

From your description, I would like to verify if your mailbox password is reset by someone unexpectedly. If yes, you can follow the steps below to reset it on ADUC.

Open ADUC -> domain.com -> Users -> right click the problematic user -> Reset Password -> Type the new password
