I recommend you post to a forum that is related to this "Narawen POP3" connector. Exchange doesn't have a POP3 connector, and for good reason--it's not what the protocol was intended for. It's a great big kludge. Mail transport is designed to be handled by SMTP. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . Hi Ed, Thank you for recommendation. However, we are using Narawen as third party tool to deliver the messages (which hold in Internet server) to users mailboxs after (Exchange) becom online. Currently, when we stop using Narawen, we will not able to receive any e-mail from External via Exchange 2007. It seems our issue with Firewall "Sonicwall" which is prevent income mails.!

So far I don't see any issue with Exchange here. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . After investigation and run Exchange server without firewall, still same issue! mxrecord already set as first priority (10), but still could not receive mails directly? When we search for mxrecord for our domain name the first priority does not appear?! where the 2nd priority (20) appeared! - I am currently verifying with webhoting provider.
