Unable to receive email to outlook thru exchange server
Hi, We have the small business server 2007 with the exchange server. We just setup a new user on the server. He is unable to get any emails from outside the organization into his exchange server account. Emails from inter-organization are being delivered to his exchange account. All the emails from the webmail (our email provider) are being downloaded but cannot be seen on the exchange server. Can anyone help with what settings need to change to troubleshoot this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated MPA

Hi, Would you please let me know whether the use could receive emails by OWA? Have you configured POP3 connector for this user? Please check whether this user has a forwarding mail option. I’m looking forward to your reply. Thanks, RichardYour expertise never fails to impress :)
