Unable to receive email from outside

Dear All , 

i have exchange Server 2007 standalone server and we are unable to receive email from outside only , we are able to send but we are unable to receive 

does the exchange certificate has effect since it is expired and i am working to renew it or there could be something else ?

no any changes happen except the certificate got expired .

i have one issue , i am unable to telnet from outside to poet 25 is this mean i can receive email ? 

i have test to another company telenet from outside to port 25 and it is the same result not working but they are able to receive emails .

Hello

check smtp inbound with https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com
and check eventlog and receive connector log

hi Sneff_Gabor , 

thanks for your support , i have done the test and it is giving me  

" Testing TCP port 25 on host  to ensure it's listening and open " i am already checked the firewall and network team they said the port is open.

also ,  i am working on renew our exchange certificate is this could be the reason !!

is there any thing related to dns or public IP ?

Hello

check 25 port with firewall team, ask to telnet to server 25 if work check receive connector log and restart transport agent on server

Hi,

What is the NDR received on the sender side ?

Please ensure that you have the correct DNS record(MX record,A record) for the Exchange Server.You can use Nslookup to check it.

Please refer to the below link :

Then try to restart Microsoft Exchange transport service.

If it doesnt work ,I suggest you can check your receive connector configuration .
