(hr=0x80070005, ec=-2147024891) We have already grant full access to both subdomain and parent domain admins by running the following command: Get-MailboxDatabase -identity [mailbox database name] | Add-ADPermission -user [username] -AccessRights GenericAll

Unfortunately not... same error additionally, when I am trying to do the move from the target server I get this error: MapiExceptionNetworkError: Unable to make connection to the server (hr0x8004005, ec=2423)

that might be a permission issue, are the user enterprise admin? can you resolve the mb servers over netbios?
