Unable to login ECP & OWA , After fresh Exchange 2013 CU8 Installation.

I have a test environment. My DC have a 2012 R2 and my Exchange 2013 CU8 fresh Installation.

When i try to login , with administrator user , it showing the blank page either ECP or OWA.

Also exchange managemnet shell showing the following error.

Note:  I checked the Certificate biding on IIS.

My domain controller had the wrong time zone. I changed with correct time zone . it is working fine.Thanks for all they replied the question.

Hi, same problem there, fresh install of cu8 into lab : 2008R2 domain with 1 exchnage 2007, installed ex2013 and only way to access ecp is to point that url : 

/ecp/?ExchClientVer=15 with this link https:// serverfqdn/ecp/ don't works.

owa don't work, all the settings of iis is like shown in the article ...

what's wrong ? this is the error of owa :

Hi,

Make sure you logon this server with Domain\Administrator account instead of LocalComputer\Administrator account.

We can create a new admin account and assign with the following group membership to have a try:

Domain Admins

Schema Admins

Enterprise Admins

Organization Management

Make sure all services are started and running. Collect any event logs for further help.

Also refer to the link given by Manu and check your setting .

Hi,

There can be multiple reasons behind.. Make sure that you logged in the server as domain\administrator. Also the administrator account should be a member of exchange security group 'Organizational Management' to open the PowerShell (See  the 'Access Denied' error)
