Unable to log into ECP/OWA after fresh exchange 2013 install

Hello,

We recently installed Exchange 2013 in a new environment and realized we were unable to connect to ECP or OWA. We get the logon page, enter VALID credentials and the page refreshes and requests credentials again.

We verified:

The install account has an enabled mailbox

Typing in INVALID credentials will generate an INVALID credential error.

We can make changes via exchange management shell with the install account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Oleg,

1. I looked into the error logs for Exchange and IIS and did not find anything helpful.

2. Test Connectivity fails on Autodiscover

3. Testing Outlook Web Services fails on Autodiscover: Outlook Provider.

Side note: Fresh install of exchange 2013, no previous installs in the environment.

Thanks for the help!

I was able to figure out the issue.

The incorrect cert was assigned to the 443 site binding. After setting it correctly, it resolve the issue.
