I seem to be unable to load the Skype plug-in in Outlook 2013. I go into "File".."options".."Add-Ins".."Mange COM Add-ins".."Add" and navigate down to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\office15" and select "UCAddin.dll" but nothing happens. Nothing new shows in the "Add-Ins available" list.

In regedit I navigate down to "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\" and it does contain the key "UCAddin.LyncAddin.1" with a "loadBehavior" value of "3". I've compared this with another working machine and it looks correct.

I'm not getting any sort of errors or anything it's just that the Skype button doesn't show up when I go to schedule a meeting. I've tried doing a repair as well a full uninstall and re-install of Office 2013.

I'm not sure what else to look at.
