I'm currently attempting to install Exchange Server 2007 SP1 on Server 2008 (x64) and get the following errors when it gets to the Client Server Role (Hub installed okay).Client Access RoleFailed Error:Unable to create Internet Information Services (IIS) directory entry. Error message is: The data is invalid.. HResult = -2147024883. The data is invalid.. Directory Path: IIS://newmail.soc.tas.edu.au/W3SVC/1/ROOT Detail:server name: newmail.soc.tas.edu.aulocal machine name: NEWMAILlocal machine fqdn: NewMail.soc.tas.edu.au The data is invalid.Hopefully someone out there has hit this wall and got over it.All assistance greatly appreciated.CheersDavid

Hi, Please check that you have enabled asp.net 2.0 for 64 bit version platform. Check by browsing any test .aspx page and check that is shows the desired result. Else enable 64 bit version of asp.net. Thanks.
