Unable to edit Contact Notes in Outlook when Created or Edited from iPhone

Hello,

I am having a problem with editing contact notes in Outlook 2010 that were created on an iPhone. I am able to see that the notes have synced successfully from my iphone to Outlook when I adjust the contact view to 'Card', but I do not see any notes in the Notes section when I double click to edit the contact. This problem has been true when testing with IOS 8.2 and 8.4

A few steps I've tried:

* Turning off/on 'Notes' on IPhone by going to Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars/Exchange/Swiping Notes on and off

* Turning off 'Notes' and Contacts for I Cloud by going to Settings/Mail, Contacts, Calendars/iCloud/Swiping Notes and       contacts off

* Connecting my iPhone to iTunes and checking the box to 'Sync notes with Outlook'

Nothing seemed to work. Is there anyway to be able to edit contact notes in Outlook after entering/editing contacts notes on your iphone?

Hi,

We don't have an IOS testing environment, but this seems a known issue between Outlook and an IOS device according to our researching. See:

We haven't found a method to fix the issue, maybe you can try syncing your contacts using some third-party sync tools to see if it will help. Here are some tools listed in the following article, just for your information:
