Hold the Ctrl key, click the Outlook icon in the system tray, select Test E-mail AutoConfiguration. Clear the two Guessmart checkboxes, leaving only Autodiscover. Enter your e-mail address and password, then click Test. What do you see in the Results for the OAB URL? Is that a URL to which you can connect in the location where the client is connected?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

That I did earlier too and the Auto discover testing seems to be alright except below mentioned error in logs --> https://myorganization.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml FAILED (0X800C8203)Zafar Student of Exchange

That is normal; few organizations publish autodiscover that way. Do you see anything unusual when you run the following? Get-OABVirtualDirectory | FL What about the authentication settings on the OAB virtual directory? Do you see the OAB files in C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\Client Access\OAB?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

What does the virtual directory show in IIS Administrator? That's what I meant. Does OWA work on the machines on which OAB fails? Do they get certificate warnings or anything? Check these to ensure that you are properly publishing the OAB: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/10/16/429204.aspx http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/11/15/431502.aspx Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Hi, Per my research, the error 0c804010F may be caused Web-Based distribution was not enabled and Offline Address book was not added to Default Public folder database. So please refer to the articles provided by Ed, they will help you. Dear All, I have realized after changing our primary SMTP address this particular problem is coming also after checking MS Technet I come to know that ..... "When the client tries to connect to your Microsoft Exchange messaging environment, the client locates the Autodiscover service on the Internet by using the right side of the user's e-mail address that was entered. Notice that, for the Autodiscover service to function correctly, this must be the user's primary SMTP address. The Autodiscover service URL will be either of the following URLs: https://<smtp-address-domain>/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml https://autodiscover.<smtp-address-domain>/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml. Source --> http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb332063(EXCHG.80).aspx ########################################################################################## Do I need to make any further DNS entries on Public DNS ?? or anything else I need to do .. Hi Jonas, I am not using the ISA. So do I have to Create the SRV record for my new domain address (Primary SMTP) on the Public DNS also I am using external certificate so is there any need to change on this too ? Please help Zafar Student of Exchange

Have you created an A record and pointed to your CAS server? Firewall needs to open port 443 (HTTPS) for that IP the A records points to and allow 443 to reach your CAS server Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog | Follow me on twitter: jonand82

The issue is resolved now, we have redirected the External Traffic which was hitting to our old Address for Auto discover at the public DNS level (Created the DNS A record ) to our new Autodiscover address which starts with our primary smtp address. However the POP up was coming to warned about the redirect URL Please find the link for more info... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/956528 Zafar Student of Exchange
