I have a customer that has the following problem, anytime she opens an email and try to copy the text and paste it into a word document all she gets is a small image of a pdf not the text she copied. I tried removing office 2007 and reinstalling it and still got the same problem. I tried disabling the pdf addins, still the same problem. Has anyone ever come across something like this?
