Unable to associated Offline address book with mailbox store.
On Exchange 2003, users started getting 0x8004010F errors (Unable to find object). So, I checked that the Offline Address Book was correctly associated with the mailbox store. Imagine my surprise, when I discovered it had disappeared. I am unable to click the 'Browse' button as it is greyed out. Tried to dismount the store then change but the 'browse' button is disabled. Help pleasssse. Thanks, Blaine

Hi, Sounds to me like you have configured a mailbox store policy. You should be able to change the offline address book setting in this policy. Leif

You ROCK Leif. I had started to setup a System Policy for retention, but never finished. Iremoved the object (mail store) from the policy and was able to associate the OAB to the mail store. Thank you so much.
