Unable to add members to distribution lists Outlook 2013

were running exchange 2013 on premise. Clients are outlook 2013.

Users have problems adding people from the address book to their own distribution lists. We can select the users, but when we click add nothing happends. If we do the same thing from outlook 2007 or through OWA we are suceesful.

Anyone who knows where to troubleshoot?

Thank you for your recommendation. However it wasnt a outlook problem. We applied CU8 for exchange server and now it works for our all our clients.
