I'm unable to open any email attachments prior to Dec. 29, 2010. But I can open & view all the emails . I'm using Exchange Server 2003. All emails & related attachments after Dec 29th can be opened & viewed. Also I cannot access via OWA since "Under Construction" is displayed. Please help. Hi, thanks for the article. I am able to access the OWA. But I still cannot access the attachments prior to Dec 29th. The clip icon cannot be seen & the attachment link has disappeared completely from all mails. Same issue when I try using OWA. No attachment icon & link. And no, it's a multi-user issue. About 270 users. Actually on the 29th, there was a power failure, resulting in all UPSes going dead after several hours. The servers & computers were totally shut down. Any ideas? Hi, This problem could be caused by the corrupted mailbox store. Please try to create a new mailbox store, then move a problem mailbox to this new mailbox database. What's result?
