Unable to access OWA or ECP

Hi,

I am not able to access the ECP website or OWA. I first started to get error "Something went wrong", but now for some reason when I go to the ECP page it says:

"Access denied" -

You don't have permission to open this page. If you're a new user or were recently assigned credentials, please wait 15 minutes and try again.

I am sure this has to be with IIS permissions, but I don't know how to fix it. Please help

And when i go to the OWA site it says:

"Invalid credentials"

Hi All,

I have received the above error and i got that fixed. We all have normal habit of putting administrator word as account name in login is the issue.  please use administrator@domain.com you will be able to login.

Error :-
