I have the same problem as others, 404 error when trying to get to EAC/ECP. But I had no problems during installation. also not able to access other VD on this machine (EWS, OWA, etc.) could this be a IIS/permissions issue. Running Server 2012 VM on ESXi 5.1 thanks

hi,i thinks it's not a problem related running platform, because it work for me under Server 2012 VM on ESXi 5.1. i suggest to check if you can connect to your exchange server from Exchange powershell toolbox.
