Hi, I have being trying to publish a form to the org forms library but it keep telling me "cannot publish the form because of a mapi error. the operation failed". I'm running Exchange 2007 SP3 in my environment.

Hi, I've just found this... It describes the steps you need to take... http://support.microsoft.com/kb/184765 A user who is trying to install a form must have Owner permission to that library or folder, including public folders. Forms installed in the organization forms are available to anybody in the organization through the client by selecting New Forms from the Compose menu. Forms installed in the folder, including a public folder, are available when a user selects that particular folder. Found the problem. I logged on as the owner of the library and was able to publish the form.
