Unable to Migrate Mailbox - Sync Status does not change

I am trying to migrate one mailbox from Database A to Database B. The status shows Syncing for more than 48 hours now

But when running below command from Exchange Management Shell; I get the status as Queued instead of Syncing

get-moverequest | get-moverequeststatistics

After visiting several online posts; created a ContentSubmitters group in AD and provided Full Access for both Administrator and NETWORK service and the result is still the same. Cannot understand how to crack this one

Hi,

According to your description, I understand that the mailbox move cannot complete and retain on Queued status.
If I misunderstand your concern, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Which methods are you used, local move, remote move or cross-forest move? Please post more details about your product environment.

Queued status specifies that the move has been queued and is waiting to be picked up by the Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service.
Firstly, please try to restart the Mailbox Replication Service and Search Indexer Service.
Secondly, try run Remove-MoveRequest remove current move request and recreate a request for testing.

Additional, I find an article about Troubleshooting Mailbox Moves, for your reference:

Hi ,

Sound like you are moving the mailbox to the DB where the status of the content index is in failed and suspended. So please remove the existing move request which is in progress and create the new move request to any one of the database where the content index state is healthy.

In case if you wanted to move the mailbox to the same DB then we need to make the CI of that database to be in healthy state before mailbox move.

Get-MoveRequestStatistics -Identity nithya@abc.com -IncludeReport | Export-CSV C:\nithya.csv

In case if the new mailbox move request fails then we need to execute the above mentioned command to collect the error's raised during the mailbox moves.
