Unable to Download Offline Address Book After Migration to Exchange 2010
When I attempt to download the offline address book through Outlook (Internally, both 2007 and 2010) it just sits on "offline address book connecting to exchange" When I run the test configuration it points to: https://server.domain.com/oab/eda4306f-e3f0-4e62-993c-ac2b07cf7874 In my client access configuration, it is set to https://server.domain.com/oab If I set it to https://server.domain.com/oab/eda4306f-e3f0-4e62-993c-ac2b07cf7874 it still doesn't work In the install directory, under OAB there is a folder called eda4306f-e3f0-4e62-993c-ac2b07cf7874 and there are files in it. Similarly, in IIS, under the OAB virtual directory there is a folder called eda4306f-e3f0-4e62-993c-ac2b07cf7874. What am I doing wrong here?

It seems that giving authenticated users read permissions on the OAB folder in the install directory has resolved the issue.
