Hi,
Can you run setup.com /preparedomain:Child.company.com.kw on the child domain ? Wait for replication and re-run the cmdlet.
Thanks

On what computer are you running the setup.com /preparedomain command?
Is it running a 32 bit or 64 bit OS?
Since the Exchange 2010 media is 64 bit only, you need to run that command on a 64 bit machine.

What version of Exchange 2010 are your running in the parent domain? SP1? SP2?
What version of Exchange is on the media (DVD?, downloaded file?) that you are using to run the setup.com command?
Looks like it's still RTM.

Download E2K10 SP1 or SP2 and use that instead.

This Error event indicates that all domain controllers in the domain specified in the event description are down or unreachable. This event may occur for one or more of the following reasons:
Network issues prevent the Active Directory provider from finding an available domain controller. The DNS server is configured incorrectly.Active Directory sites are configured incorrectly. This would be a problem only for topologies that include multiple Active Directory sites.
